Are you interested in homeschooling in Nevada? This information is for those that want to start schooling by taking full responsibility for their child's education and NOT for those that are using a public school at home curriculum.
It is required by NV State Law that an Notice of Intent to Homeschool (NOI) form and an educational plan are filed with CCSD.

(Please complete a separate Notice of Intent Form for each child. The form is required for children from ages 7 to 18 only. This is a one-time filing and does not need to be refiled unless the name or address of the parent or child changes, or the child is reentering homeschooling after being enrolled in public school.*)

Notification of Intent to Homeschool in NV
This must be mailed in by age 7, unless enrolled in public school before age 7. Then you must send it in early.
